Meeting of Coordinators in Copenhagen, Sept. 2009

The next meeting of the coordinators in the Cirrus Network will take place in Copenhagen in September 2009. The meeting will take place at the same time as the meeting of the heads, and part of the activity will be common as has been the tradition the last years.

The program of the meeting is the following:

16th Sept Wednesday evening arrival. Meet in a restaurant (to be announced), no commitment from hosts other than arranging venue.

17th Sept Thursday. Normal full day meeting for both coordinators and heads.
Program: meeting the schools and starting with a common meeting of coordinators and heads. Evening meal somewhere to be announced.

18th Sept Friday, working morning meetings separate, administration and arrangements, ending with a common forum before ca 13:00
